Coffee banana smoothie

This fast smoothie with rich, creamy and coffee-like texture is filling and perfect for rushed mornings. In a blender combine: 2 frozen bananas, sliced + 2 dates, pitted and roughly chopped + 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt + 1 cup almond milk + 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds + 2 servings of your preferred flavored coffee grounds. Give it a good mix, and pour into a tall glass or mason jar mug to serve.
