Touted as the best burger in America by Bon Appetit (and maybe the world), this beauty is a Chicago all-star, made with show-stopping tender, juicy prime beef, sheathed with slices of Kraft American cheese and slathered with Dijonnaise sauce. Optional (or should we say obligatory) toppings include a perfectly fried egg, thick-cut bacon seasoned generously with pepper, plus pickle, lettuce, tomato, etc. If you're really feeling gourmet, you can add a 3-ounce piece of foie-gras, although hardcore Au Cheval traditionalists might not agree with your choice.
