You might be wondering why we'd feature a burger from this illustrious New York steak house that's been around since the end of the 19th century, but then again this is a burger list, and this one is worth the special attention. The patties are made from just over 1/2 prime grade chuck mixed in with dry-aged trimmings of premium quality. Broiled until perfectly pink and medium rare, this is one burger that should be kept relatively simple. Cheese and/or bacon are okay, but otherwise a hodgepodge of toppings popular among gourmet burger fans would probably mask the supreme flavor of this steak burger, and that would be a real shame. Price: $14.95
