PDG: that's Pretty Damn Good, and only in Paris would that name be commercially acceptable. It does, however, sum things up nicely. The French are catching on to the gourmet burger trend at lightning speed, and if you think the food is all tiny portions and fussy ingredients, you've obviously never had one of these. Oh, and nix the beer for a glass of bubbly. Price: 14.50-16.50€ (about $16-19 USD)
