There's nothing worse than peering into a half-full tub of delicious yogurt, wondering how long ago you bought it and if it is still safe to eat. Save yourself a lot of trouble and reduce waste by obsessively labeling everything you put into your pantry and fridge, by name and the date you bought it. Keep a roll of stickers or masking tape and a marker nearby to make it convenient.
