Chicken Karaage: Japanese Fried Chicken

Also known as JFC, this recipe for chicken karaage is a fried chicken game-changer. It's just as good as any fried chicken you can find at your local Japanese takeout, and even better, you can use this chicken to make your own bento boxes for lunch or dinner. The only difference between Japanese and American fried chicken is the spices: soy sauce and sake are used in place of onion and garlic powder.

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:
