When they say coffee "lab", they really aren't messing around. The Onyx Coffee Lab has four locations around Arkansas, and each one takes their java game very seriously: their motto and creed is "never settle for good enough". They roast their own ethical beans, offer a consulting lab, and even host public and professional classes and events. Like we said: not messing around!
