Stumptown is all about quality, in their cafés as well as in their beans, which they produce themselves and provide to many other cafés across the country. If you want a taste home-brewed, you can order a bag of their beans online, but if you're in the Portland area, it's well worth a stop in-person at one of their six physical locations across the city.
