The Paramount used to be a movie theater at the turn of the century, but now the charming vintage space has really come into its own as one of the coolest coffee shops and artist hangouts in the country. Owned and run by Wyoming natives, Paramount has everything you could ever want from a specialty café, including rotating indie art displays on their walls and an open mic night every Friday for local musicians.
