Popin' Cookin' Happy Sushi
This Japanese candy, or rather candy set, is actually an incredible experience in molecular gastronomy. The kit contains everything necessary to create all of the elements of sushi - rice, seaweed, tuna, roe - which are created by mixing together candy sachets and water. Elaborate and totally nuts. 10/10 would buy.
