Oh Henry

If you've ever had an Oh Henry bar, you'll remember its perfect caramel-to-peanut ratio. It's nutty, nougaty, and oh-so-delicious! As the story goes, the chocolate bar was named after a young man named Henry (surprise, surprise) who frequented a Chicago candy shop. The owner George Williamson noticed Henry flirt with the shop girls, who often asked Henry for favors ("Oh Henry this," or "Oh Henry that"). Mr. Williamson must have found it amusing because he created a candy immortalizing the poor chap!
