You can ask for a blonde shot on its own or substitute it in any of your favorite lattes, cappuccinos, or other espresso-based drinks, but there are a few in particular that Starbucks recommends:

The Blonde Vanilla Latte combines the lighter roast with vanilla for a slightly sweeter, yet still mild drink.
