Ramen With Peanut Sauce

If you want to take it a step further, try one of our favorite Ramen recipes. It's a Thai-influenced dish, which simply involves combining the noodles with a spicy peanut sauce.

Although you can prepare your peanut sauce to your liking, we recommend using soy sauce, creamy peanut butter, fresh ginger, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, chili flakes and a bit of water to thin it out.

Once the noodles are cooked, and you've whisked the sauce ingredients together, simply combine the two in a small mixing bowl, and toss until the sauce is well incorporated. You can add diced chicken, tofu or beef, onions, carrots, cucumbers, chives or any kind of vegetable you have on hand.
