Use Fresh Pasta

Don't panic—we're not telling you that you have to make it yourself. Many supermarkets sell fresh pasta in their refrigerated aisles, so it's a great way to take a casual weeknight pasta dinner to the next level. Also, fresh pasta has a shorter cooking time than dry pasta, so dinner will be ready in no time. Once you taste it, you might never look back.
