The Summit Diner is also amongst the oldest Jersey diners. Though like many diners on this list, it has experienced changes in ownership, at its core, it remains the same classic diner serving good food with a smile. The Summit Diner is also heavily involved with the community, including housing the Other Fellow First Foundation, an organization which helps local families in distress. When you're there, order the corned beef hash or breakfast sliders (with Taylor ham, eggs and cheese).
