Booches Billiard Hall - columbia, Missouri
Located in Mizzou's animated college town of Columbia, Booches Burgers is a true local landmark that's been around since 1884—no, that's not a typo. People love Booches for its beer and burgers, and the legacy remains across generations. To be honest, there's nothing revolutionary about the burgers: they're grilled and served with or without cheese on pieces of wax paper. They're also pretty small, so you'll likely need at least two with chips (no fries) for a decent meal. But they are utterly satisfying in their simplicity and cost less than 5 bucks a pop, so you really can't go wrong.
