Raoul's - New YorK, New York
Not everyone knows about the legendary Raoul's burger, and it's probably because only 12 of them are made every night. The Soho bistro is famous for its elegant French cuisine, attracting celebrities and glorified foodies alike. But the burger is really something. It's a completely French-ified creation, made with a 7.5-ounce brisket blend patty speckled with peppercorns and basted with butter, then topped with Saint-André cheese, fresh watercress, sliced cornichons and poivre mayo. If that's not enough to satisfy, it's served with au poivre sauce on the side for dipping. Moral of the story? Get there early if you want a shot at this unrivaled masterpiece.
