Hong Kong's Initial Cafe is now permanently closed, but for a while, it was trying to create "unusual experiences" for its customers, with such creations as this "salad" ice cream. Made with passion fruit-flavored ice cream sprinkled with black pepper and garnished with frozen mint, it wasn't a huge success.
