Spaghetti - Germany

Spaghetti Eis hails from Germany, and as you can see, it was created to resemble a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce. A spätzle press or potato ricer is used to shape the ice cream into spaghetti strands, which are plopped atop a bed of whipped cream and topped with a red fruit sauce and often coconut shavings, grated almonds or white chocolate shavings (to resemble parmesan cheese). Now that's creativity!
