US Kosher Dill Pickles

Pickling is one of the oldest forms of food preservation, and exists in every culture in some form. "US kosher dill pickle" refers to the ingredients, rather than the religious process. They follow the traditional New York Jewish recipe, which uses a salt brine with garlic and dill added in, giving the pickles a distinct flavor.
