Bonus Tip: How to Revive Stale Bread

If you've got a leftover loaf of bread that's stale but not moldy, the easiest way to soften it back up is by warming it in the oven or in the microwave. Start by preheating your oven to 300°F. Then stick the loaf under running water, like you do when rinsing vegetables, and try to avoid getting the cut side wet (no big deal if you do). Then place the bread on the metal rack in your oven, and let it heat for 5-10 minutes, depending on the size and wetness of the loaf. It should be as good as new! Just make sure you finish it all.
