Go Greek

This mouth-watering recipe for Greek chicken gyro Caesar salad is an example of culinary fusion at its finest!  First, the Caesar dressing uses Greek yogurt as a creamy, healthy, and protein-packed base and swaps in feta for the usual parmesan.  Second, the salad is topped with chicken marinated in Greek flavors, warm fries fresh out of the oven, chopped hard boiled egg, an extra handful of feta, and toasted pita instead of croutons.
