Grapes may be small, but warming them up in your microwave oven is a definite don't. According to Smithsonian Magazine, when you microwave grapes together, whether in direct contact or a few millimeters apart, energy accumulates between them and creates sparks. In this popular experiment, a microwaved grape cut in half produced a fiery ball of plasma. But unless you're willing to risk destroying your appliance and creating a potential fire hazard, it's probably best not to try this one at home.
