Taking your neighbor's napkin

Don't steal your neighbor's napkin! If it's not placed directly on your plate, yours will always be found to your left. Lay it out neatly in your lap once everyone has been seated. Try to open it by unfolding it, not by shaking it. Especially if you're in a nice restaurant, avoid eating or drinking until you have your napkin tucked safely across your lap.
