Asian Herb Ahi Tuna

Perfect for lent or anytime you have a craving for Asian with a twist
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of hot sauce
- 3 pounds of ahi tuna steak (Yellowfin tuna)

Separate the Udon noodles in warm water (often sold in small block)
- 1 lb of chicken
- 1 pound fresh udon noodles
- 1 pepper
- 3-4 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 1 bok choy (Chinese cabbage)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
