  • 2 3inch sticks of Cinnamon crushed
  • 1 Star Anise
  • Shawarma Garlic Sauce:
  • 8 small cloves of Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced and strained
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Sour Cream to taste
  • or Greek Yogurt to taste

A YUMMY SWEET GARLIC SAUCE FOR ALL KINDS IF DIFFERENT MEATS

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • 1/4 CUP HONEY
  • 1/3 CUP KETCHUP
  • 1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 3/4 TEASPOON DRY BASIL
  • 1/8 TEASPOON GINGER
  • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED

Marinate chicken with all the above for a couple of hours or overnight

  • 500g chicken
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp aromat
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp BBQ spice
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp ground jeeru
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp green masala
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
