Hello, everyone! Thank you so much for visiting my blog! My name is Paige and I am a food lover living in Louisville, Ky. I loved my experience in culinary school and wanted like to share what I learned with others. Blogging seemed to be the perfect outlet to share techniques and recipes that I find useful and delicious. I have a huge passion for cooking food with wholesome, healthy and local ingredients. There aren’t many foods that I shy away from, and my favorite challenge is trying to get picky eaters to try new things. I live with my wonderful husband Matt, my Weimaraner Lucca and my Persian cat Roxie. Other than cooking and blogging, I love spending time with my family and friends; one of my favorite things about food is how it can bring people together!
