- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 7 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups fruity-o-shaped cereal (I used Cascadian Farms, but you could use whatever. Even Cheerios!)
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup dried cherries
- 1 cup greek yogurt chips (optional) or white chocolate chips
Creamy Corn Chowder With Goat Cheese

Lawd it's been scorching lately! So why am I making soup, you ask? It's just that good! Tonight I'm sharing my
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ a large yellow onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and small dice
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husk + silk removed and kernels cut from cob (or 3 cups frozen corn)
- 1 medium zucchini, small dice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Frosted Animal Cracker No-Churn Ice Cream

I'm sharing my crazy easy recipe for No-Churn Frosted Animal Cracker Ice Cream
- 2 cups COLD heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp good vanilla extract
- 1 14.oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup frosted animals cracker, plus more for garnish if desired
- 1-2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles ( I just used the sprinkles that were in the bottom of the animal cracker bag)
