Cake, preheat oven to 350
- Cake-
- 1/2 C Butter
- 1 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 C Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 C All purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Frosting-
- 3 T Butter, softened
- 3 T Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 T Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 C Confectioners sugar
Chocolate Toffee Mascarpone bars

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 7 x 10" non stick baking pan with non stick cooking spray
- Non stick cooking spray
- Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 (1.4 oz) Heath candy bars, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 C sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 C Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
Italian sausage popovers

Preheat oven to 400. Butter the muffin cups
- Butter, for greasing the pan
- 2 T Olive oil
- Two 3-4 oz Sweet Italian sausage links
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 C shredded mozzarella
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 C milk, room temperature
- 1 1/2 C All purpose flour
- 2 small green onions, pale green and white parts only
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 T chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional - maple syrup, for drizzling
- Special equipment - 12 C non stick muffin pan
Chocolate chow main noodle cookies

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 12 oz Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 C crispy chow main noodles
- 3/4 C salted & roasted almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 C finely chopped dried mango
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
Macaroni and cheese

Preheat oven to 450. Butter a 13 x 9" glass dish and set aside
- Butter, for greasing dish
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 2 C heavy cream
- 2 1/2 C whole milk
- 2 tsp All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 C grated fontina cheese, packed
- 3/4 C finely grated Parmesan, packed
- 3/4 C grated mozzarella
- 2 T finely chopped Italian parsley
- 4 oz cooked ham, diced, optional
Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

Place chicken in middle of parchment paper and place second sheet over top
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 sheets of parchment paper
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
- 4 oz can of chopped mushrooms
- 1 small shallot, quartered
- 2 T butter
- 2 cloves garlic, cracked
- Salt & pepper
- 1 C part skim ricotta
- 1/2 C grated Romano
- 1/2 tso ground nutmeg
- 2 T olive oil
- Toothpicks
- Sauce -
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 C white wine
- 1 C chicken broth
Loaded baked potato salad

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and sour cream
- 4 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/2 C shredded cheese
- 1/4 C freshly chopped chives
- 8 strips of bacon cooked, crumbled
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
