Rigatoni with Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 8 oz uncooked rigatoni pasta
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pouch chicken
Brown Butter Tortellini with Spinach & Ham

cook tortellini according to package directions
- 1 pkg refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 pkg fresh baby spinach leaves (about 8 cups/2 L)
- 1 8-oz piece cooked ham steak
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup butter (do not substitute margarine)
- Coarsely ground black pepper (optional)
Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza

Prepare grill for indirect cooking over medium-high heat
- 1 small red onion
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano leaves & some for garnish
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- Cornmeal for dusting
- 1 lb frozen prepared pizza dough, thawed
- 6 oz marbled cheddar cheese grated
Microwave Chicken & Rice

Crescent Roll Chicken And Cheese Wraps

- 1 lb chicken breasts cooked
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- cheese slices
Firehouse sweet potatoes

- 1 can sweet potatoes
- 1 can apple pie filling
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- butter
Dill Dip

MIX IN BOWL, THEN SERVE
- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
- ½ TEASPOON SALT
- ¼ TEASPOON PEPPER
- ½ CUP FRESH DILL OR
- 3 TABLESPOONS DRY
Potato Chip Dip

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Squirt of ketchup
Easy Taco Dip

mix cream cheese and taco seasoning till well blended
- 2 (8 ounce) containers cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded taco blend cheese or 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 -3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 Tomato, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- tortilla chips ( for dipping)
