In a bowl; add the egg yolks, egg and sugar, beat until creamy for at least 5 minutes
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 10 oz mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 regular size panettone, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
Pumpkin Custard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 can (15 ounces) 100% pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Cranberry-Pear Sparkler

In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine ginger ale, sparkling pear juice and cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
- 1 (25.4 oz) sparkling pear juice, chilled
- 1 (32 oz) cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and pear slices (optional)
