- 3 Oz of Tuna
- 2 TBSP Green Onion
- 1 oz of Kraft Light Cheddar Cheese
- 6 whole Wheat Mini Pitas
- Desired Amount of Kraft Light Mayo for Tuna
- Desired Amount of Franks Hot Sauce
Spicy Beef & Rice Lettuce Wrap

A different twist on the wrap
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 4 Leaves of Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce
- 1/4 Cup Kraft Habanero Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Medium Salsa or Taco Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Long Grain or Instant Rice
- Water/Liquid depending on amount rice calls for + 2 tbsp water
- Taco Seasoning
- Green Onions (Scallions)
Slow Cooker Smoky Black Bean Soup

This is pretty much a meal that cooks itself, aside from a little prep work
- 1 pound Smoked Turkey Bacon cut up or Smoked Ham, cubed
- 1 lb dried black beans, rinsed
- 5 cups water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Greek Yogurt
- Minced Green Onion
Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce

A little twist of the regular spaghetti sauce that's simple and fast to make
- 1 Cup Ragu Original Spaghetti Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Club House Italiano One Step Seasoning
- 2 Green Onion Stems, Chopped (Scallions)
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic POWDER (not garlic salt)
Chick Pea Garlic Hummus

This is a delicious dip or spread that goes great with veggies, crackers, pita, naan or spread on a sandwich
- 1 - 540 ml Can Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans) Drained and Rinsed THOROUGHLY or Soak your own chickpeas to use.
- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 - 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Tbsp of Tahini or All Natural Unsweetened Peanut Butter (if you live in a small city like me that doesn't carry many choices in "exotic" foods. LOL.)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp + a sprinkle of Parsley

- 1 Lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 16 Lasagna Noodles
- 3 Cups Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
- 3/4 Cups Mushrooms, Finely Chopped
- 2 Cups Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Squeezed
- 12 Oz Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese
- 1 container of Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3 Tbsp Club House Italiano One Step Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Olive Oil Spray

- 1/2 Cup Of Water + 1/4 Cup Of Water

- 1/4 Cup Butter
