Add your cooking oil to your pan, when hot lay your tortilla straight out on your pan

  • (all ingredients can be changed for preference)
  • (all vegetables finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/3 green, red, yellow peppers (capsicum)
  • 5 small mushrooms
  • 1 small chilli (if you'd like it to be spicy)
  • 1/4 shredded carrot
  • Small amount of chopped up lettuce
  • 2 slices of cheese of preference (i use cheddar)
  • How ever many wraps (tortilla's) you would like.
  • Salsa:
  • 250g fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • A bunch of coriander
  • 1 small chilli
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • 1 tsp water.
