Fall off the bone ribs

Pre- heat oven to 275 degrees Line sheet with tin foil or use roasting pan
- Rack of back ribs
- Sweet Chilli sauce
- Salt and peper to taste
Pot Roast

- 2 Lbs Beef Cubes
- 4 Carrots cut into pieces
- 4 Potatoes cut into pieces
- One carton of beef stock
- One onion cut in half
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Salt

- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Olive Oil
- Bay Leaf
Moms Spaghetti Sauce

- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1-2 red peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried basil and oregano
Mom's Lasagna

- 1L jar of mom's spaghetti sauce
- 14 lasagna noodles
- large tub of ricotta cheese
- 2 or more cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup parm
- 2 eggs
- tsp basil and oregano and parsley
- Ground beef
- Mild italian sausage
Fake KFC chicken

Place thawed chicken breast strips in a bowl of milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 T Season All
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 4 chicken breasts cut into strips
Alfredo Sauce

Great Alfredo sauce!
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup cream (or half and half or milk)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheeses (Mozzarella, Romano, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Parmesano Reggiano cheese (or plain Parmesan)
- 3 tablespoons fresh or 1-2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sherry or white wine
- salt and pepper

Easy Pot Roast
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- One 3 to 5-pound chuck roast
- 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 whole onions, peeled and halved
- 6 to 8 whole carrots, unpeeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup red wine, optional
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 or 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 or 3 sprigs fresh thyme
