A fabulous apple dessert that will wow your family and friends
- 5-6 medium Golden Delicious apples**, about 6 cups, peeled, cored and sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 stick butter, 4 ounces, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup flour, possibly a bit more
- 12 Biscoff*** cookies, crushed
