- 3 ounces strong black coffee
- 3 ounces brandy or rum
- 1 and 1/2 pounds room temperature cream cheese or mascarpone (my pick)
- 1 and 1/2 cups superfine or powdered sugar
- unsweetened cocoa
Karen's Swiss Steak

Saute vegetables. Pound steak with flour and brown
- Saute:
- 1/4 cup Celery
- 1/4 cup Green Pepper
- 2 tbsp Onions
- Mix:
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 cans Tomato Soup
- Salt & Pepper

Nana's Mac & Cheese

Cook macaroni. Melt butter, blend flour & seasonings
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese for topping

- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic

- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley

Nana's Spareribs

Put spareribs on to boil for 2 hours
- 2 cans Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- Spareribs
Easy Potato Casserole

Cook potatoes and mash. Saute onions
- 8 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 package Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 cup Sauteed Onions
Broccoli & Wild Rice Casserole with Chicken

Cook rice mixture according to package directions
- 1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese
- 2 lbs Broccoli
- 1 pack Wild Rice mixture
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups cooked & cubed Chicken
Coconut Pineapple Carrot Cake

- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 2 cups Oil
- 6 Eggs

- 4 cups Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 can Pineapple with Juice
- Icing:
- 2 cups softened Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1/4 cup Icing Sugar
Sara's Nutella Cookie Cups

Preheat oven to 350. Grease your mini muffin tin (unless it is nonstick)
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Jar of Nutella(12 tablespoons per batch)
