Hot Artichoke Dip

A hot and cheesy dip served with crackers
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of artichoke hearts (mashed and shredded)
Hummus

Combine peas and garlic in food processor, pulse
- 1 can of chick peas
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
Sweet & Sour Ribs

Cut up ribs and boil for 20 minutes
- 1-1 1/2 lbs of pork spare ribs
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup of ketchup
- 1 cup of water
