Combine Knorr Vegetable Dry Soup Mix and all other ingredients, except bread, and chill about 2 hours
- 1 pouch Knorr Vegetable Dry Soup Mix
- 2 cups (500 mL) sour cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1 package (300 g.) frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 large round loaf sour dough bread

Chicken Filling: Cook chicken and finely chop or grind meat
- Chicken Filling:
- 3 chicken breasts cooked in oven (reserve ½ cup pan juices for filling)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup minced onion

- 3 6oz packages low fat Monterey Jack cheese
