Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pull Apart Bread

Using a sharp bread knife cut the bread going both directions
- 1 unsliced loaf of (round is preferable) sourdough bread
- 8-12 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- 3 oz bag Oscar Mayer Real Bacon bits
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
Upside Down Pizza Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 10oz package of refrigerated biscuits
Cheesy Bacon Bombs

Cube up the Cheese, and cut each Biscuit into fourths
- 1 can (8ct.) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits
- Cubed Mozzarella Cheese (1-1 cube per Bomb)
- 2 lbs. of Bacon (1 slice per Bomb)
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup salsa, homemade or purchased
- 1 cup petite diced canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
Easy Pull Apart Pizza Bread

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 2
- 2 Cans of Pizza Dough or Biscuits
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 2 tablespoons of parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 – 8 oz package of pepperoni (we used the turkey)
- 1 cup Parmesean cheese
Pepperoni Balls

1. Cut the block of cheese into at least 28 squares
- 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 biscuits per can)
- 56 pepperoni slices
- Block of cheese (I use Colby & Monterey Jack)
- 1 beaten egg
- Parmesan
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Vermont Maple Apple Rings

1. Slice apples crosswise into 1/8" thick rings
- 2 medium apples, pared and cored
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk (see note) plus more to adjust for consistency
- Vermont maple syrup
Heart Shaped Bacon Cheeseburger Pockets

Pocket Crust for Bread Machine 1
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons corn meal
- 3 1/4 cups flour {we used all-purpose}
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast {about 1 package}
- Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 8-10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- Cheese Sauce recipe:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 – 3 cups milk, depending on how thin or thick you want it
- 8 oz of cheese, I use a mix of colby and cheddar
Sloppy Joe Pizza

Thaw dinner rolls according to package directions
- 12 dinner rolls
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar-jack cheese
Baked Spaghetti

1. Preheat oven to 350 . 2
- 1- 1 ½ cups your favorite spaghetti sauce (recipe of the one we used below)
- 2 cups cheese, divided (we’ve used mozzarella and we’ve done a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar; use what you like)
- 1 package of spaghetti noodles
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
