This is a favorite dish of my family's with a rich dark gravy perfect for potatoes on the side
- 1 beef eye round roast (2-2 1/2 lbs)
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 cup cold water, divided
- 1 tablespoon beef boullion granules
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed fine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Easy,creamy fast pasta dish the family will love
- 1 box of rotini noodles
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 large family size can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
