Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 400 F. Oil a 9-inch pie dish and set aside

- 4 pounds grass fed bottom round, chuck roast, or sirloin roast
- 4-6 cloves garlic, sliced thin

Cover the bottom of a large pot or dutch oven with grapeseed or coconut oil
- 4 Organic, Free Range Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, any kind

Apple Strawberry Cobbler
