Whisk the egg whites with sugar
- For the DOUGH:
- 6 EGGS
- 150 grams SUGAR
- 1 tbsp COCOA
- 150 grams FLOUR
- For the FILLING:
- 6 tbsp JAM
- 6 BANANAS
- 100 grams DARK CHOCOLATE
- 600 mL MILK
- 6 tbsp FLOUR
- 300 grams POWDERED SUGAR
- 250 grams BUTTER
- 1 tbsp VANILLA ESSENCE
- Juice of half a LEMON
