Cut the asparagus in 3 inch pieces, but discard the bottom half of the stem (depending on how dry they are)

- 4 large eggs

Steam the fennel for 10 minutes and then cut into thin slices
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 fennel
- 1 tomato

- 6 mackerels
- 4 zucchinis
- 4 tomatoes

Spicy Tuna and Lentil Salad

Cook the lentils in boiling water for 20 minutes (or according to instructions on the package)
- 1 1/2 cups green lentils

- 1 can of tuna (in water)

- 1 pinch chilli powder (adjust according to taste)
- 6 pinches of paprika

- 6 pinches of cumin
- 2 tablespoons Xeres vinegar
