Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350 °
- Cut a sheet of parchment paper (or tine foil), put a chicken leg in the center of the parchment.
- I do not add any oil or butter ... (I said "slim and elegant" for this summer ...)

Step 2
Close the parchment paper to make a nice package. Secure by stapling or with kitchen twine.

- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
