- 1 pork roast 1 lb
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 shallots
- 1 glass of cider
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the shallots and cut them in half lengthwise. Pour olive oil in a pan and fry the shallots and the roast brown on all sides.
Step 2
Drizzle with cider, salt and pepper. Add the bay and close the pan. Cook over medium heat 15 min. Cut the roast and place in a dish with the shallots. Serve hot!
