- 5 chicken cutlets
- 1 package of knorr tomato mozzarella soup
- 1 large red pepper
- scant cup heavy cream
- scant 1/2 cup of water
- 1 package of mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Wash and seed peppers and cut into small pieces (very small).
Step 2
Mix soup mix with water and cream.
Step 3
Place the meat in a dish with salt and pepper (just a little).
Step 4
Arrange cut peppers and add to the dish.
Step 5
Pour in cream soup mix.
Step 6
Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange on top.
Step 7
Bake for about 25 min.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
