Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion
- 1 package of butter chicken flavouring
- 1 teaspoon of chili garlic suace
- 1 package of yom yom spice
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch
- 2 pounds of chicken
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey

Preparation
Step 1
Cut onions and saute until brown. Add chicken.
Step 2
Add milk, tomato sauce, butter chicken flavouring, garlic sauce, yom yom spice, corn starch, and honey. Simmer for an hour to 2 hours until chicken is tender

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
