Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • 1/4 C extra hot ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 8 oz can of red kidney beans with liquid
  • 1/2 C stuffed green olives (chopped)
  • 1/4 C chopped green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and add onion. Add remaining ingredients (expect green onion) and simmer.

Step 2

Top with cheese and green onion for garnish.

Fritos are the best chip for this dip, but you can use tortillas chips, as well.

  7. Slice and serve!
