  • Coconut- 1 cup
  • Cashews- 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies- 3 or 4
  • Salt
  • Ginger paste- 1 tsp
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • For sauteeing:
  • Mustard seeds
  • Ural dal
  • Sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Grind everything into a smooth paste

Step 2

Saute mustard and ural dal in sesame oil and add to it

Little tamarind or lemon juice can be added for extra flavor.
