Delicious Mexican meatball soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 LB Ground beef
  • 1/4 Cup rice (uncooked)
  • 1 Tbs Garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Flour
  • 12 Cups water
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Mix together to make meatballs
  • Boil water seasoned with salt and Cumin (1/4 Tsp each)
  • Reduce heat cook for 35 minutes (cover off)
  • 1 Celery diced
  • 1 Cups green beans
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Can corn
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 Tbs Onion
  • 1/2 Small cabbage
  • 1 15oz Can of tomato sauce

Dice celery and onion

Step 2

Chop green beans, potatoes, and cabbage

Add vegetables to the pot

Bring to full boil then cover and set at medium heat
